I built my Disciples of Plague list to include Blessing of Plague.
However, even with Zombies that have Slow if they rush 8" you are going to end up moving out of the bubble with them too easily.
This means you have to creep around really slowly and so unless the idea is to group a load of shooty troops around your Lord of Plague (who lets be honest is armed with a Plague Scythe by default on the relevant mini) it doesn't really help because you really want to rush/charge with the zombies or plague walkers and the Lord of Plague to get them into melee.
If you're forced to creep around to keep in the bubble then the enemy will just circle you and pick you off -1 to hit or not.
I don't know about anyone else but, while I get the idea because you move each unit individually and alternate with your opponent, these types of bubbles work far less well than they would in a game where it's my full turn, your full turn type game play.
I kinda of get the difference between this and Ring the Bell, however to my mind the Lord of Plague is a CC troop.
It makes me think of Battle Rites on the Prime Brothers as well. For that to work offensively you HAVE to change your captain first and then charge any subsequent CC troops into melee within that 6" bubble.
In both cases the bubbles are largely only going to be of significant use to their commanders.
I think this is an issue because, unlike in say KOW: Vanguard, there are no Group moves so you cannot move, shoot or charge multiple independent units at the same time.
