So inbetween trying to work out Warmachine in Age of Fantasy I wanted to try something a bit simpler. Traders Galaxy (creators of Bot War) have a cool 28mm sci fi range with several factions, atm I focused on their Lamiar Cult (it looked fairly simple to create, phew was I wrong lol). The core idea is fast elite-ish medium infantry with a close combat focus and a mob of slaves. In their culture close combat is honourable and shooting isnt. Heres a link to the model - tradersgalaxy.com.au/product-category/traders-galaxy-the-game/cult-of-lamiar/He doesn't make the Slave Horde unit because (to be honest) any unit of 28mm infantry could be a slave, just give 'em a crappy looking gun and your sold.
