copy-pasta-ing this over from the retiring forums...
Greetings!
I am new to the forums, but have been following OnePageRules online for awhile now. Having a lot of time on my hands at the moment, I decided to join the ranks of full backers so I could actually work out some army lists.
When KT first came out, my gaming group seemed enthusiastic, so I invested in a bunch of minis for Tau and “counts as” Gue’vesa kill teams. Unfortunately, the game group imploded soon thereafer, and I knew that half of my intended units would never pass muster at the local GeeDubs stores, so I lost interest in finishing them out. But now, I am hoping I can get the project started up again, using GFF as the rules base.
As a starting point, I created a rough draft of a “TAO Coalition Human Auxiliary” GFF Army page. It’s almost entirely cobbled together from the TAO Coalition and Human Defense Force pages, of course, with a few tweaks for continuity (and to match my available models). I believe I got the points adjustments (where necessary) correct, but any feedback and corrections are welcome. Thanks!
EDIT - updated army page to latest point calculations...

This is a great idea, @unimportant. What miniatures are you using for your gue'vesa? I've considered supplementing my friend's TAO army with a bunch of Mantic Games Enforcers models for this very reason.

This is a great idea, @unimportant. What miniatures are you using for your gue'vesa? I've considered supplementing my friend's TAO army with a bunch of Mantic Games Enforcers models for this very reason. I wound up using SW Legion Naval Troopers for the Gue'vesa regulars (the helmets are kinda Tau-ish), and I kitbashed some generic sci-fi carapace troopers for the elites. I added on a lot of T'au bits (shoulder pads, bonding knives, backpacks, helmet antenna, etc) to make them look like proper Gue'vesa. And sadly, that's as far as I got before the old gaming group imploded. I really ought to paint them up and get them ready for action...
Pics of the half-finished regular gue'vesas can be found here.

Good choice on those Naval troopers. Looking at your pictures, they definitely have a Tau feel to them.
