OPR - Halo Wars

I am a huge fan of the Halo franchise and have wanted a Halo miniatures game in 28mm for a long time. Since discovering the group www.facebook.com/groups/HaloGroundCommand and the free 3d files for many of the units in the franchise and my access to 3d printers, I decided to write some rules up for OPR.

Not only do I welcome suggestions and criticisms, but I will be sharing pictures of my painting progress for anyone interested.
