One Page Skirmish! is an adaptation of the universal wargaming rules by Skimsher. I have condensed it into the traditional OPR format, conservatively adding the characteristic of Morale. Despite being billed as a miniature and setting agnostic ruleset, it does seem to be focused to non-fiction with a slight leaning toward antiquity. Playing One Page Skirmish! requires only three dice and some marker tokens. There is no points system for determining army cost so I think it is intended to be more casual and open ended contrasted to OPR games.
